Describe priority activities, current assumptions and the order in which decisions should be considered.

List roles, alternates, meeting cadence, information sources and escalation paths.

Annexes

Detailed contacts, supplier information, alternate-site instructions and technical runbooks can be maintained as controlled annexes where appropriate.

Business continuity is organization-specific. Recovery priorities, legal duties, safety requirements, contracts, insurance terms and technical recovery methods should be validated by the responsible people in the organization.
